You can't. It's another one of FaceBook's failed updates. Everyone wants it the way it was at the beginning - I don't understand why FaceBook doesn't listen.

Even if you did create a new account, it will eventually be something every account has once they have finalized it. I hate it too.

I hate to tell you this man but, you can't. You can make another account but, that's pointless because everyone's gonna get transferred to timeline in a month or so...it sucks. I hate it too...they completely changed the layout for youtube channels as well. Tell me about it...it sucks. I'm sorry man I wish I had a better answer for you but I'm sorry man...everyone's gonna have to use timeline until a lot more people bitch and moan about it. I've already sent my email in at facebook. I suggest you do the same. If a enough people bitch and moan maybe they'll give us the option to change it back.

There's no way to undo the Timeline upgrade. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
