1. all profiles on facebook are private
2. the links in the other answer are infected, DONT USE THEM!
3. you will need t add someone before you can comment them, see their photos or anthing but you are able to send them a mesage.

If it is private then you will not be able to see much unless you are a hacker or look from another person's page who is that individuals friend that you are trying to view.
