how do you upload moving pictures on to twitter????

It should work the same as uploading a regular picture, but I read in their faqs re avi's that they would no longer allow moving avatars after their last site upgrades.

First search for an animated moving picture in Google/Yahoo. Download it and upload it in twitter. Very simple.
