should i speak with him or just leave him alone?
I met this guy online on tinder.. he goes to my college and as far as we've talked he's very nice.. We have many things in common and I'm interested on him. The first day he found me on facebook and asked to be my friend without asking me my full name.. and then the next one i started a conversation and we talked until 3:30 am.. he keeps showing me songs because he says that it's part of his life.. i've listened to all of them and i did enjoy them (maybe i didn't express myself well when i said that i liked them)... anyways.. the last time we've talked was 2 days ago.. i showed him a song and he showed me another one.. i said that i liked it and that it seamed familiar.. he read it but never said anything about..
should i just say hi to him on facebook again or should i just leave him alone and wait for him to be interested and start a conversation? i could say that he's very shy as well and he always says that he's weird

I would continue to speak with him. I just wanted to point out that he is probably one of those guys who have esteem issues. Why I say that is because you wrote something here that made me think that he was downing himself. Also guys who aren't content with themselves normally smother themselves with Music because it makes them feel better about themselves. It seems like you guys have some sort of bond from what I have read. It seems like you might be able to get a lot out of being a good friend or even at some point maybe even a girlfriend if that's what your intentions are. He seems like a nice guy anyways so I would recommend to continue talking to him!

Keep in mind that he has a low self esteem so watch what you say. Try and make him realize how wonderful of a he person is. Even if you don't like him its just the morally right thing to do.
