The song is --

'Spring Day, Cherry Blossoms & You (봄날, 벚꽃 그리고 너)' by Epitone Project (Cha Se Jung)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRGKY4FsuQY
https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/gin-ye...d360055258 -- track 5
https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/at-you...d360929926 -- track 5

Here's a string version --

It reminded me of a song I really like (with a similar chord structure, but a different time signature) --

'Bagheera' (1971) by Nino Nardini & Roger Roger

http://www.amazon.com/Jungle-Obsession-N...B00005ASJH
http://www.discogs.com/Nino-Nardini-Jung...ase/906395

I'd be a little suspicious if I was Nino Nardini & Roger Roger, but it's probably coincidental. I'd be tempted to contact Cha Se Jung and ask what he thinks of 'Bagheera', but he's far too famous at this point.

Also keep these apps on hand --

They won't always find the song you're after (plus you might get false positives), but it's better than the frustration of not knowing a song title.

If the song would have been Production Music it probably would have been very difficult to identify, much less purchase -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Production_music
