EYEs & BROWs : Makeover Help!?

I'm bored with my eyes and brows i would like to makeover for a new look, with make-up but what should i start and what style I'm going for,

I want to know is :-
1- What Style suit me best,
2- what my eyes and brows type,
3- what style should i go? i mean like a cat eyes style and high angled brows style? or it just make it worse?,
4- what style will make me look worse and i need to avoid it?
5- Do you have eyes or brows same like me? what makeup style you do?
6- And product that should i use? i mean like gel liner, brow pencil?
7- What brands product that best for my style that I'm going for, i mean like maybelline, bobbi brown?
8- what trick and tips that i should/need to know?
9- do you have YouTube or others video that can help me with my eyes and brows type?
10- Do i need pluck or wax my brow?
11- i have thick brow should i lighter it or make it darker,
12- my hair is black so should i use black eye brow/liner pencil too? or brown? or even gray?

P.s :
Brows : i don't know what my eye brow type name, i have thick brow from start, and medium brow to end, lot of long hair, i have brow with dark black/brown hair, very noticeable because of my skin tone that is Medium to light, my hair color is dark brown but really look like black, 98% people say i have black hair, 2% say i have Very dark brown hair ( in 100 people) i look like a man/boy when i see myself in the mirror, I like those thin line long and high angled brows that look sexy or eyes brow that look cute, and the one that Asian Chinese like to do, or K-pop style,

Eyes : i don't know what my eye type name, i have medium to big eyes, double eyelid, dark black/brown lashes, very unnoticeable,
