Why is Facebook not loading pages on my new laptop?

So my old clunker laptop is loading pictures (and their comments) and all Facebook pages just fine... But my brand new HP laptop hardly ever loads peoples' pictures and never the comments. It says the page is loading when I click on something, but then the loading symbol disappears. Any ideas anybody? (I tried it on Chrome AND Internet Explorer with the same result.)

You should factory restore your HP with the F11 button after restart if you want it to work like brand NEW

Try using other browsers or restart your computer a couple of times. You should also be patient, if it doesn't load within a minute somethings wrong. Or the fact that Internet Explorer actually sucks.
