Well i will explain here mine thoughts.

1st and very important you must create ad campaign over Google AdWords - https://adwords.google.com/ There you should start bidding on keywords.
2nd and also important you should create ad campaign over Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/advertising Select your target zone, ages, groups
3rd you can run ads on other sites - YouTube, social networks (Twitter, Tumblr, etc)

I think that all this will help you only in case that they are running from professional in this area. In all other cases this can be "black hole" for your funds i.e. you will spend money without effect.
