How to delete a Facebook page?

Hello. I want to know how to delete a page on Facebook. Yeah right, they always say, go to 'edit page' then select 'edit settings' then click 'remove page'. BUT, I can't find the the 'settings or edit settings'. When I click edit page,What I see is just 'Update page info', 'manage admin roles', 'used activity logs', and 'see banned users'. What am I supposed to do? How do I delete it? I am very desperate to delete it. LOL! hope you help me. ^^

When you log on to Facebook, go to the 'lock' symbol next to your name. It will say 'Privacy Shortcuts' click on 'see more settings' at the bottom of the page. In the column to the left you will see 'Security' and at the bottom of that page you will see 'deactivate account'.
