Sign out of your facebook, and where it says make new account, you can make a fan account from thier too! Just click make a fan page and follow the instructions

Don't log out of Facebook to make a page.... you will just end up making a new profile which is not the same as making a fan page.

Go to http://www.facebook.com/pages and click "+ Create A Page"

You can also go to an existing fan page and scroll straight down and on the left you will see in blue "Create a page for my business"
