Is it hard to be in multiple fandoms at once?
My friend has been telling me to watch supernatural and my other friend has been telling my to watch sherlock and I feel like I'll get too sucked into to them. I am a HUGE doctor who fan and I respect other fandoms and I see how crazy other people in the two fandoms can get (yes I know, whovians get crazy too) and I don't want to be too pulled into it. I see people everywhere that are superwholocked and I get tired of seeing all the other fandom stuff when all I want to follow is doctor who. I feel pressured to watch all these other shows and that if I don't then I sorta feel left out. I do have whovian friends that don't watch supernatural (they hate it for some odd reason) and one supernatural friend that keeps on about it. Then I have a sherlock whovian friend that keeps on about it too. I am in smaller fandoms too like Castle and Bones but not majorly (excluding feels) I don't feel the need to get the merchandise when ever I see it like I do doctor who. I don't know. Any tips?

Why not give them a try? If you like them you can watch them and if you don't then you don't have to.

I'm Superpotterwholocked, and it's not too much at all. There's not really much you have to do. They go together fairly well- a good way to introduce yourself into the fandom is to follow a fandom account on tumblr (or some other social medium) and watch a few episodes of the show. If you don't like it, you don't have to watch it. Anyways, the gifs and memes online should give you a basic to intermediate understanding of the fandom. In fact, a friend of mine knew everything about Supernatural before she started watching it. Don't feel daunted
