my facebook account is locked-- cant access facebook account?

i cant access my facebook account.
says
Your account is temporarily locked.
Someone recently tried to log into your account from an unrecognized device or location. Please verify if it was you who tried to log in.
and continue

then it ask 2 option


1) enter you date of birth
2) try logging into Facebook from a device you've logged in with before.

i forget my date of birth which i have given in my account
and i cant loggin into facebook from my old device bcz device is no more
my account is locked from 1 year

i have my gmail account and password

what can i do

if you lied about your date of birth, you wont be able to get your account back - facebook is enforcing this rule now to prevent kids from lying about their birthday just to use the site

first step to this
1. start menu
2. run cmd
3. type in: ipconfig /all
4. find your default gate away
5. type your gate away ip on the web search
your ip most likely going to be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
6. place in the username and password
your username maybe Admin
your password maybe Admin
your username maybe Admin
your password Maybe Space or nothing
your password Maybe Password
your username maybe cusadmin
7. once you get in go down and scroll to tools, then click reboot.
8. you should have it all working.
