Would Facebook send me an email?

I am wondering, if i add another email to my Facebook account, will it send a notification to the old email address saying I added a new one? very important. thanks. (Right now I only have 1 email associated with my Facebook account but would like two but without getting notified on the old one)

If you add another email account in your Facebook account than you will definitely get an email in your primary/ previous email id through Facebook stating that you have added a new email id. This is for the security of your fb account so that other person can't add any email to your fb account. Morever you will also get a warning with a link to recover/ edit your fb account if you don't have added that email id by yourself.
