Buying a Facebook page help?

I know I'm not suppose to buy/sell facebook pages...anyway my friend has this Facebook page with "33,523" likes and the page is not active at all... I want to buy it from him..I asked him how much he wanted for it and he said "offer?" What's a good offer for a page of that size?

4-5k? sell it to aman cos that is ridiculously over-valued, and he does not mention that facebook's recent changes mean that only a tiny percentage of the people who like the page will get the posts made on it - UNLESS you buy advertising from facebook.

i could start a page and buy likes for a fraction of that. personally i think you'd be wasting your time and money cos "pages" will be a dead dodo in 6 months for anyone not paying facebook.
