HELP WITH MY INSTAGRAM?!?

Recently, when I try to log into my instagram it says my instagram is disabled due to violating a term. I have 2 instagram accounts, one is my personal account and another is like a blog where i upload random pictures from tumblr. When i log into my cousin's phone, my instagram logs right in without of problem, so i know it hasn't been deleted. I tried creating a new account on her phone with a new email, a new ID, everything and it worked. But when i tried to log into the account on my phone, it said that account was disabled. I REALLY NEED HELP, I WANT MY ACCOUNTS BACK. PLEASE HELP?!?

Try turning off and on your phone OR completely exit out of instagram.. if you have an iphone double tap the home button and hold the icons till they wiggle and click the minus arrow OR delete and redownload insta
