Instagram will only load a few photos?

So when I go to the home page and scroll down it only shows like 5 photos maybe a few more. Why is it doing this. I looked at my settings and can't see the problem or solution

Check your WiFi/Internet connection. If you have a poor connection, then that may explain the problem you're having.

You could also try:

-Reseting your device
-Closing and re-opening Instagram.
-Delete and re-installl the application. (If you're using a mobile device.)
-Turning off your WiFi, then turning it back on.
