Can anyone tell that you have view their facebook page?
When you look up someone on facebook and you have not have requested that person to be your friend, does that person not that you had visited their page?

Yes, there is an app that can be used to see whose been looking at your page. I can't remember the name but it shows you who your biggest fans (stalkers) are.
Just look at the apps page and you should be able to find it. It's interesting to see who looks at your page the most.

No. Most applications that tell someone if another person has "viewed" their facebook page just base their conclusions on the number of Comments or Wall Posts etc. you have written on their Wall. Otherwise, the programs just take a shot in the dark and select random Friends.
If you are not friends with the person, you are in no way connected to their profile and the program will not pick it up.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.

Follow the source to see the Facebook's statement about this issue.
