Anyone here ever had a shamanic or initiatory trip? What did you get out of it? I know travels play an important role in the life of the Shaman, George Tupak! What about you? What do you get out of your journeys?

My opinion (and I think George Tupak would agree with this!) is that every journey is a kind of initiation, in the sense that as you travel around the world, a country, a region or even a city, you can learn a lot! Not only concerning the world around you, but also about human beings and yourself!

I’ve never travelled very far, at least not physically! Psychically and emotionally, on the other hand, I’ve probably travelled much further than a lot of explorers and adventurers! See, you can go on a shamanic journey from your own living room! And that’s what I’ve done, actually. To travel this way, your open-mindedness will be the one and only luggage you need! See, a shamanic journey is an inner journey during which you can enter the spiritual world. This experience has allowed me to learn a lot about myself and about life in general!

Any trip, whether for an adventure, an initiation or just plain business, involves some kind of discovery, some sharing! Breaking away from your daily drudge and daring to go and live something new, even if only for a short while, can only be good for you!

For me, it's mostly about discovering myself and how I adapt to new situations. Trips make you reacher, you gain experience, memories, new contacts.

Actually, I saw, on some social network, that George Tupak, the medium, has travelled to a lot of countries! I have to say I envy him this freedom, this opportunity he was able to seize, to be able to discover the beauty and diversity of this world!

You can always discover the marvels of your own spiritual world, without going very far physically! That’s also a kind of freedom!
