How do I get out of sexual thoughts?
I often keep thinking about sex and when I get to the intense extent I masturbate for which I would feel very bad after doing that... I need to become a good man thinking nothing about sex...

Ok so first of all nothing is wrong with Masturbation every man does it. Now on the other hand you said that you would like to stop so frequently and be a better person. I suggest finding a hobby that you you can focus your time on. If you enjoy social media try to steer away from any NSFW content and dislike, un-follow people who post things that are like that. Other than that sports, CCG's, Video Games, and Education are all great ways to spend your time. If you believe in medications I would try to find some anti-masturbatory medications (usually over the counter).

The world is full of things that catch our eye. We see things that are out of place and stop and look. We see horrific things and look again. We see beautiful things and we look again to appreciate the beauty.

If you see a flower, a crystal, a waterfall, or a beautiful person we stop, look and appreciate. In the case of people, the beauty can make us have further thoughts that fulfill our desires. For food, we hunger. For wealth, we covet. For sexually attractive, we lust. It is natural and part of who we all are.
Don't regret the feelings or the release you perform. Remember that anything in excess is bad so focus on all things good and be helpful where you can be. The rest of your life will work out just fine.

You are good and normal. If you still want to reduce your sex drive then Iam a Graphologist and I can analyse your handwriting and suggest changes. Write 7-8 lines about anything and send it's photo to ravimnegi@yahoo.co.in. If you practise daily you will lose interest in sex.
