Can I create a profile page from my Facebook Biz page?

I created a Facebook "page" page without creating a profile page and now I wish I had like I did with my other Facebook account profile/pages. Anyway, can I now go back and attach a profile page to this latest "page" page I created?

But .... I asked if you can do the reverse, can you create a profile from an existing business page? In this case, of course, pages don't have "friends" but they do have "likes." I already know about creating a page from the profile, so my question remains, Can I do the reverse and create a profile from a page that was created as a standalone and not borne from a profile page?

When you convert your personal account to a Facebook Page, we'll transfer your current profile picture and add all your friends and subscribers as people who like your Page. We'll also make your account's username the Facebook web address for your Page.

No other content will be carried over to your new Page, so be sure to save any important content before beginning your migration.

To avoid losing important content, we recommend taking these steps before you convert your personal account:

Download your profile (timeline) information. You can download a file that contains all of your sent and received messages and all of the photos and videos you’ve uploaded to Facebook.
Appoint a new group admin to any groups you manage. The account you’re converting will lose these admin rights during the conversion process.
