Though it is difficult, yet it is possible to overcome anxieties. Recently, I had severe problem like this. When I consulted my Mentor, he gave me the following suggestions.

Quote:

There are several reasons for anxiety attacks. One reason is because of illegitimate desires, one may get anxiety. Illegitimate desire or pleasure throws our pure spirit outwards; love of the divine nature takes our pure spirit inwards.

Secondly, if one is not nurturing healthy, constructive and noble thoughts, habits and traits and if one is not building strong moral behaviors, then it can also lead to anxiety.

Thirdly, if one is not having physical self-discipline and mental control, it can lead to anxiety.

Fourthly one should have homogeneous thoughts, words and deeds. If there is any mismatch in ones thinking, talking and action, it may result in double standards and also shake the basic moral foundations.

Fifthly, if there are huge accumulations of impurities hidden in the mind, it can result in doubts, confusions, suspicion or fear.

Sixth: one should only see the brighter side of future. I mean one should not look back about the darker side of the shadow. It will reduce the speed of our progress. Avoid darker or negative side of viewing things. Be positive in attitude with a broader outlook and noble vision.

Please analyze everything and try to come out of this problem by some self-efforts.

You've obviously talked to someone about it to make them diagnose with this awful problem. I know how you feel as I have anxiety and range of other health issues. Talking to someone really helps, even if they already know. It's best to talk about the sucidal thoughts as it's quite serious. There are loads of websites you can visit and phone numbers you can call for advice and help if things get tough. Try meditating for around 15 minutes a day to ease stress and worry. Try to think positivley and eat healthly. When your out and about, take a couple of deep breathes. It could help if you imagine they're not there even if it might be a bit hard. But think to yourself, why would they be looking at me? If you don't feel comftable in using a social network then don't use it. Use it when you feel more comftable.

If you prefer, or these don't work for you, then you could ask your doctor for medication. If you want to.

Some people tend to judge people, but not everyone is like that. I certantly don't think your crazy or horrible because of your condition.

I really hope you feel better soon and you overcome your fears.
