Twitter: "Your Message could not be Sent" help?
I have not been able to send messages for 10 hours on twitter, But I haven't reached the limit, It keeps on saying "Your Message could not be sent" and I keep on trying to send them but it keeps coming up with the error message" have I spammed or something?? When can I send messages again because I can tweet and retweet just fine

Is the person your trying to message following you? Cuh you can only message people who follow you and you follow back
