Has the IPhone 4 8Gb got enough memory ?

I have ordered the IPhone 4 8Gb, i was just wandering if 8gb is enough memory to have IoS 7, store a few photos and videos, quite a lot of apps not many games more like social apps such as SnapChat, Facebook, twitter etc... It's going to be my first IPhone.

Well you should be able to calculate those app's total sizes since you know (or should) which apps you plan to get as well as the pics & vids.

I personally say no, either way.

For your first iPhone yes it should be plenty. I have never gone over 5 GB on an iPhone. But it does depend on your usage. Apps and games don't take a lot of space. Movies and videos do. So it will be fine as long as you don't load a lot of movies or videos onto it. You can stream them just fine but I'd recommend not saving them to the phone.
