Is this type of group "illegal" on facebook?
I am sick and tired of some people in my city, they think are some hot __! And they thrive on makeing peoples lives miserable. I want to make a facebook group just to show they are not. I want to be a better person and not do this..but its too hard not too.
I'm not going to say any names of the people.
The group name will be "FUBS of Rocky City" It stands for fat ugly b's of my city.
Im basically just going to talk about crap they do, but not mention any names, just mention stuff they do. Is this illegal, I really don't care about "facebook illegal" I'm talking court action, jail time....

I don't think that it is illegal. You just have to make sure you deffinetly don't name anyone because if the police saw the page then you could be in a lot of trouble.

I don't think so, they say that hate or racist groups that attack people are not allowed. I don't think that any court action or you being thrown in jail is likely unless the FUBS figure it out and go to the police. However, the group could be deleted by Facebook or your account could be suspended if this is classified as a "hate" group.
