How do you get rid of a group you created on facebook?

I created a group on facebook and want to delete it but dont know how.. how can i do that?
i clicked 'edit group' but nothing seems to work...

To delete a group, simply leaving the group will not delete it. You will need to remove all members (including yourself, but do it last) for the group to be removed. Facebook will automatically remove groups with 0 members after X number of days.

1) Remove all members
2) Leave the group
Make sure you remove ALL members before you leave, because if you don't, any member can simply click on "Become Admin" and take control of the group.
