Police searched my home for child porn?
Please read my last question, I could fit everything in... the reason the police traced my Facebook account is because I sent the images back to him which I got off twitter. I feel so disgusted and ashamed with myself... I'm not even into or more importanly attracted to kids which is why I'm even more angry with myself. Shortly after my grandad died i became almost obsessed with reading about pedos who have been arrested just the articles you'll find on daily mail etc unfortunely I know how to get those sick images I wanted them but I don't and like I said in my last question I have no pictures or anything stored on there but I'm still comitted a crime I guess even though I wasn't the one who sent the images first and I still googled the sick things and i don't know why? Do you think I'll get charged or arrested?

Did you send (transmit) child pornography over the internet? If you did, and they know it, you're pretty much screwed. You probably need the best attorney you can get.

Firstly, you obviously have reasons why you were reading about 'pedos' as you put it who have been arrested. You need to have a good reason and to explain this to the police if questioned/arrested. Secondly as long as you sent pictures back that you did not yourself download, just state this. However, you should see this from the Police's point of view - or anyone's - unless you are a criminologist doing research it's your reason for looking for this information that is paramount. The police should have had a permit for searching your home - make sure you get a copy. Also find yourself a solicitor - IMMEDIATELY as it's got this far; a good one will discuss with you your reasons and form any mish mash of argument on your part into a coherent one.
