how to stop loving someone?

I am still in love with my exgirlfriend. I wanted to marry her. She went back to her ex last week, and I am still in love with her. I hate her, and I love her! its so frustrating!

What do I do?

I've blocked her from facebook and from calling me texting me. I tossed everything out that reminds me of her; I don't listen to anything we used to listen to. I cut and dyed my hair, and have changed my diet.

What else can I do?

She cheated you but you are punishing yourself which is not a good thing.You should also get new girl friend but first talk to her so things might be clear.
