Fuzzy instagram photos?

I've been having this weird problem with instagram since I made one a few months ago. I really want to know if this happens to anyone else and more importantly is there a way to fix it?

Basically, a few weeks after I post an image, it goes really blurry and the quality is terrible. Other people's images on their instagram look fuzzy to me even if they say they look fine. Is this a common issue?

It is not my phone or my camera. I have had 3 phones since I made the account, two of them had 8 megapixel cameras which made really top quality photos! New photos look good and then a week later they get fuzzy.

Any ideas?

The problem is not the phone, the problem is Instagram.

Instagram makes EVERYTHING look blurry and terrible quality. I don't even have Instagram and I know that all of the pictures look like the same crap over and over again.
