Having computer issues and not able to determine what is wrong.?
Okay, I have an Acer Extensa 4620Z that uses a Intel Pentium Duel-Core Inside processor and runs on Windows Vista.

A week ago the computer started having issues. It first started in Pogo Games, but has spread to all aspects of my computing. Basically, I cannot load Pogo anymore and even if I do, the page crashes every time there is an advertisement. On eBay, when I load the items I am looking at, the side bar for scrolling does not work right. Also, when the cursor switches from the arrow mode to the hand mode, it delays. Some Internet pages will not even load at all, and others load way too slowly. Even in my email not all the buttons work all the time. In Facebook, it seems to be a scrolling issue again. Most of these sites have made recent changes or upgrades, but I do not thing this is entirely the issue.

I ran all the diagnostic programs that I could. I checked all the memory including the RAM. I also checked the processor, Windows operation system, and all the drivers with the diagnostics for each. All the test came back normal. I used the repair mode when starting the computer and even tested it using the DiskScan.

My anti-virus is TrendMicro Titanium and it has not detected any viruses or anything else other than a Trojan from an Epic Games advertisement that I got off of Pogo, which was isolated and deleted. I also ran three other anti-virus programs including AVG. I downloaded the AVG PC Tuner 2014, and it fixed a few issues and the system did speed up a bit, but not much. I also ran the Windows Defender, which took 12 hours to complete, and found nothing.

Basically, all the test are telling me the computer is virus free and running normally. But, clearly something is wrong. Internet pages are not loading, some are even crashing. Also, buttons are not working right and scrolling is next to impossible.

This problem is beyond my knowledge and all my computer utilities and tools have failed to detect the problem let alone fix it. I need to take it in to be fixed, but I would like to know what is wrong first.

Has anyone experienced these problems recently? Is my computer simply too old to function on the internet anymore or is there a virus on it that my anti-virus is not detecting? Any ideas?

When you remove a Malware the aftereffects are left usually.
check system files using SFC ( System Files checker ) Restore corrupted files with OS DVD. This will mostly solve your problems.
