What does it mean when your instagram app says its cleaning?? What is it cleaning ? And why is it doing that??

But its an app that I save photos on ?
If you mean on a computer ?
Its just cleaning up space

When an app such as instagram says it's "Cleaning" this means that iOS is deleting unneeded app files stored in the cache's memory and in the temporary directories. This helps free up space and reduces the amount of data.
