Personally , I would be inclined to decline the friend request under those circumstances because at best , it says shes two-faced

This means she wants full access to your Facebook page so she can talk more crap about you. If you accept her friend request, she will access your page constantly. She will know everything about you, and she will have access to your personal life. This is her petty attempt to further damage you.
