Hey so their this girl I wanna talk to she knows who I am I use to talk I one of her good friends she gave me her number a while ago but I never talked to her I don't have her # anymore nor so I talk to her friend so I wanna msg her on twitter just be like I know this out the blue but just wanna let u know ur real cute or something idk what to say help appreciated

Talk in person, or don't bother.

If you don't have the guts to speak with a girl face to face, why should she see you as anything other than a wimp. Want her number? Ask her in person.

Relationships happen in person, not via the internet, text, email...in person.
