I have a twitter question (Problem)?

When I check my e mail at yahoo there is a person retweeting me and favorite my tweets.. but when I check at the twitter she is not written and when I expand it she is not written below. But other people works. When I check e mail and check twitter they are written but only her is not written on twitter.
What does that means?? Does not make any sense -_-
I'm not a twitter pro sorry guys..
