Connecting Instagram to Facebook?

Okay, so I already know how to connect my Instagram to Facebook. However, Instagram changed my password for "security reasons". I have lost the password for the email I have it set up to and for some reason it isn't connecting to my Facebook. Is there a way to connect my Instagram to my Facebook after being logged out of my Instagram? Thanks in advance!! I'm desperate for my account back (shaanmarie_)

if you Were Logged Out Unless you Can Some How Get Access To your Email you Wont Be Able to Get Back Into it Since Instagram Changed your Password For Security Reasons
