What do you do when EVERY conversation you have turns into an hours long discussion from most people, as if you need rebuking for negative thoughts and behavior, thinking things through, proper ways of speech in a simple conversation, etc.? As if you need to be rebuked for EVERY syllable you say. What to do? Live by yourself? Keep to yourself? Ignore people when they say "hi" to you? What?

Force them to stop or do something else w/out talking to them so they learn to get their message across faster or tell them to finish another time through phone or online.

Stay away from social media. Have conversations only face-to-face, with people who are willing to engage on that basis and from whom you can DISengage,

Do not continue to socialize/engage with people whom you find really problematic. Simply spend a lot of time -- it may take years --establishing relationships with people with whom you can genuinely enjoy friendships.

But know this: life is not about everyone agreeing with you. If you are incapable of debate and discussion, if you can't cope with people who don't feel as you do about every subject, then your life and relationships are going to be pretty damned boring, and some people just are not going to be interested in you. Rightly so. I wouldn't be interested in you.

You should always be cordial and polite in public, even to people with whom you do not wish to be friends. Just be nice, observe the general rules of etiquette, good manners.
