Instagram down again?
" your account has been disabled due to terms of service violations: http://instagram.com/legal/terms" keeps popping up when I try to log in, I can log in on others people instagram. Is instagram down again?

It means your account has been disabled by instagram staff. You need to create another account or appeal to them to get it back.
