How can I delete my facebook account?

Someone hacked into my account and changed all my information both facebook and yahoo! But I was abel to retrieve my password for yahoo now I can't access facebook because I was unaware that my Password was changed and now each time I fallow the steps to forgot password it say that I have exceed the amount of time I can reset password and then the help center well it takes me to the most frequently asked question and well yeah basically no help and this hacker is still writing to people off of my page asking for nudes etc. And I'm so fusterated please some help me:/

Ps. The only way I know what there asking for is because I'm recieving emails of the messages

You can't cancel it if you don't have the password. Maybe make a new account and add your friends from before and let them know you were hacked?

Contact Facebook and Let them Know of Whats Going on Tell them that you Cant Access it and that you would like it gone and they mite be able to go in and delete it
