how to get your Instagram picture from Instagram to desktop?
I took some picture from a different device and I'm on my laptop trying to put my Instagram picture to Facebook but first I'm trying to put it on my desktop.

Right click the image
Click "Save as".
Go to you Desktop folder
Click "Save"

Your done!
