Is SOCIAL MEDIA really UNSOCIAL MEDIA and WHY?

The way I see it facebook, twitter Y!A (not that Y!A is supposed to be social media) is really UNSOCIAL media, because people start living in the "e-world" and stop living in the real world and stop chilling with real people.

I think people who start living in the e-world eventually develop a lack of real life social skills

Totally true. In fact people become so dependent on electronics they forget how to live without them and spend less time with people and developing skills.. No offense to anybody but its making your brain turn to mush. Even kids under the age of 4 are using things like ipads and computers. Plus they're watching all that tv. Our world is too reliable on electronics.
