face book is a fun method of keeping in touch with your friends and associates. There are warnings too because it is said to be keeping track of your personal information and it is also a marketing link to other companies. Now since I have all of my family living overseas, it is is a great way to communicate with them to cover the distance, and you can share pics of yourself, blogs, and news, and other people's thoughts and video clips and movies that you like and links to websites (such as my space invaders game which I always play) and I share it with everyone else. Its a nice method of passing the time because you have to respond to the comments and it has a great many games as well. But at the age of 13, I do not think you should get too involved with face book because it takes away from your study time and can be quite obsessiveSmile. You could select from having many friends look at your profile (the story about yourself) and get some nasty comments as well from those whom you do not limit the contacts to (that is also an option to limit your profile to only those whom you know and not the general public). it is something similar to skype but skype is more interactive in that you can speak immediately to the person as against posting something on their wall, such as is called graffitiSmile. You can speak to the people on facebook only if they are on line at the time you log inSmile.. Trust this helps.. But go out and meet the world and don't get hooked on computers, it is a pretty lonely exercise ultimatelySmile..
