Has my facebook account been hacked or is this a system problem?

Hi, I will try and keep this short but its a bit tricky. I joined facebook only a couple of months ago but a picture of me & my son was seen by a woman i see now and then in my local shop. We didn't have time to chat, we are not fb friends either. so i checked out my facebook (i hardly go on it, except at the start when i liked random stuff and followed so many links it took me ages to get back) well posts were sent from my account , things were being deleted and not by me! Now im having alot of trouble trying to find out whats happened and facebook are no help. pictures that i made private are somehow being shared online again, not by me. i have deleted my account but in the next two weeks someone is going to continue using my photo and i dont know what for and even when i delete it will he/she still be able to use my pic? No one i know has shared my pics and like i said i hardly ever use fb yet my account is being used! So has this ever happened to anyone and please tell me what i can do about it. I joined to keep my family updated with pics of my son but my profile is being used, could this be a fb error in the system or does it sound like someone hacked my account (its so boring so i dont get why). Thanks Nischhal, i closed my email account but if i sign back into fb it will reactivate it but i think i will have to just do that and close the apps. I think your right, I did follow alot of links but i thought facebook was safe, Very naive of me.

Your account is hacked by somrone you need to send this issue with detail to facebook help and support they will help you and may also told you who
access your account...do it as soon as possible good luck

yes if you haven't done then someone else might be
so it's hacked
now first change your facebook password and relative email of your account
I think the main problem is you might be accepting many random fb apps and granted permission to the app to post on behalf of you and to use your pic album
so uninstall the fb apps too

You Been Hacked Facebook Does not Post Things on Its Own Please Change your Passwords and i Would Recommend Looking at your Security Settings and Ending Any Unknown Sessions and Check your Apps And Make Sure you Dont Have Any Suspicious Apps Connected to your Account
