Click on 'Account' in the top right hand corner of any Facebook page.
Select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu.
Click 'change' in the 'name' section.
Type your maiden name into the 'alternative name' box!
Your maiden name will now show up on your profile and in any searches people do for your name.
