Cant reset instagram password!?

Well I forget my email that I have linked to my instagram and so i have to reset it by txt but when i get the txt it says "click here to reset password " and then has a link but u cant click on the link! Its just regular black letters not a link! Help!

Go to instagram.com on your computer, that's the link it's sending to you. From there I think you can change it???
