Profile picture not appearing on Facebook timeline?

Hi, i just changed my Facebook profile picture and although the picture is there, it does not appear on my timeline.

I tried to upload the page, try another browser, tagg myself, tried on my phone and tried to change my profile picture to another. When I change my profile to another picture it does show on my wall.

I didn't upload the pic from my wall. But from the left corner.

Please help. Thank you.

Check The Privacy Setting If your Profile Picture is Set to Private Than you Need to Change it to Friends Only At Least In Order to Get it to Post if its Set to Private than Facebook Wont Post it to your Timeline

How if after change to another profile picture (that you say, it shown on your Timeline), you change to that said picture again? Or, if that's so important for you, try to upload that picture to your Timeline or any other album first, then, afterward, you open that pic & Make it Profile Picture?
