There are books on market research, there is a lot you can write. I could write a long, long answer but I don't want to do your work for you - can you be more specific? Your question is really really broad. I have already written something on Market Research, see if this helps.

You could write about new market research methods like social media data mining, biometric analysis, etc. You could also write about traditional techniques like surveys and focus groups. You could write about the process of market research, jobs in the market research industry, market research ethics, types of market research companies, etc. The possibilities are endless.
