facebook group issue?

First off, I want to say that I have contacted facebook already..both by phone(no customer service) and email ( been over 2 weeks). Since I received no help from them, I figured I'd try my luck here.

My problem lies within a huge FB Group glitch that is basically..impossible to fix. I'll try my best to not confuse anyone. Basically, I was in a facebook group which some friends and I started supporting a club we have on our campus. After making the group, I was made an admin and everything was going great. After a couple of days though, I started noticing some glitches occurring where I wouldn't have the option to like or comment on the group. However, I would refresh the page and everything went back to normal. Unfortunately, the problem escalated and now...I am in some sort of..parallel universe. The group has me on the members list, however I am not a member. I have the option of "requesting to join" which when I do..the admins get notifications to add me, but they cant bc the "add " option doesn't pop up. What makes it worse is that they can't even delete my from the group bc that option isn't even available either!!!

So if you understand my dilemma and know of a way to fix it or the proper steps, please tell me. Normally, I would not care for this problem..however, I am the president of this club and I really would like to post updates and add members. PLEASE HELPS AND THANKS IN ADVANCE.

btw, I already tried deactivating and reactivating my account.
