How do you make groups and pages on Facebook?
Ok, so I really would like to know how to make groups and pages on Facebook.
And what's the difference between groups and pages? Please explain.

group is simply a group of friends sharing status ,or updates within their group...

Page is used to publish something...

Just look up in the search bar "make a group" or something with those key words in it. Face Book will tell you from there.
