Yahoo Mail problem - email deactivate?

Okay so yesterday Instagram signed me out of my account and asked me to secure my password with my email but the passwords to my email @thutton12 didn't work! I tried the forgot password and it said my account is deactivated how can I re activate it!!!!!! I've been trying to call yahoo for 2 hours they haven't answered!!! Someone please help me :-(

Sorry to tell you that accounts that are not accessed for 12 months are closed and all the info is permanently deleted.

Many are recycled so the ID may be available for you to sign up with again as a NEW account. If available none of your info will be in it, as you would want if someone else opened the ID.

If you are able to get the ID, have Instagram resend the message.

Make a resolution to sign in on the 1st of every month to keep the account active.


Sign out of this account then follow the steps for a new account.
