There's a problem with my Facebook and I need help.?

My account keeps posting the same BS advertisements like "Hey I just got an I pad 3 by doing this online" and it posts it to my friends, and i'm getting annoyed by it. Is there a way to fix it? My friends are kinda getting mad. I've never given my account info to anyone, nor will I ever.

first things first, change your password! if that doesn't work contact facebook and tell them. you may need to disable the account...

To quickly get them off your account "little gear icon">account settings>security>active sessions>end all activity. Then you need to change your account password "little gear icon">account settings>password, and change you password. Then you need to change password to the email you have your account linked to. Also you need to check to see if any other email accounts are linked to your facebook, "little gear icon">account settings>Email. Get rid of any emails you don't recognize. If you are still getting annoying spam, link your facebook to a different primary email. That should fix it.
