How to get a girl to like you enough to say yes.?

For valentines I gave the girl that i had a crush on a teddy bear and flower when i gave it to her she was very happy and seemed trilled. We both are very shy so i didn't ask her out at that moment but I later asked her trough text. She didn't reply till an hour later telling me that she prefer to be friends and that she just wasn't looking to be in a relationship. Later that day I found out that she isn't really aloud to date from one of her friends. I also saw that she posted a pic on instagram of her and the bear at a sleep over she was at. I need help this is really hurting me and I know that the girl is really shy and doesn't like to date but i need anything I can get.

If she's nt allowed to date, she's not allowed to date. Sorry, but you'll have to respect her boundaries. Afterall, you don't want to get her into trouble.
For now, at least try to form a good friendship between you two. Maybe if you are a good enough friend, she'll want a relationship. Then she may introduce you to her parents and they just might change their minds.
However, try not to bring up your feelings right now.
